1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using facefind.site ("FaceFind", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FaceFind is a facial recognition platform that allows you to upload a face photo and locate where similar or matching faces appear across publicly available web images. The Service is provided for lawful, personal, and professional use as permitted by applicable law.

3. Definitions, eligibility & changes to agreement

"Use" means any of the following activities: accessing, viewing, engaging with, browsing, crawling, or scraping the Service or its Content. "User" means any person or entity engaging in any use. "Content" means any material or form of input or communication on the Service, such as text and visuals like images, videos, and photos.

Eligibility. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into this Agreement, and that you are fully able and competent to enter into this Agreement and abide by its terms. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to Agreement. This Agreement may be modified from time to time. Notice of modifications will be made by posting the updated version on this page. Please revisit this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes, as they will automatically bind you as a User. Changes take effect immediately once posted, and your continued use of the Service after they are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.

4. Account creation and maintenance

When you create an account with the Service ("Account"), we may ask you to provide information about yourself, which may include your email address and password ("Account Information"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it accurate and complete. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Account Information and for all activity that occurs through your Account, and you will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from someone else's use of your Account or credentials, with or without your knowledge and/or authorization.

5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You are given permission to access and use the Service for your own lawful personal and professional purposes, as permitted by applicable law. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• Using it for any unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purpose.
• Attempting to identify, harass, stalk, or harm specific individuals based on their photos.
• Uploading photos you do not have the right or permission to upload.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Using the Service to harass or support harassment of any person or entity, or to threaten, stalk, defraud, or otherwise interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
• Impersonating any person or organization, or providing false information when registering.
• Attempting to access, index, or retrieve Content with the goal of populating another database through automated means, robots, spiders, or site-scraping applications.
• Placing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service's infrastructure.

6. Trials and auto-renewing subscriptions

Trial. If you register for the Service on a trial basis ("Trial"), you will be charged for the trial period shown at registration. During the Trial you may perform a limited number of searches (no subscription allows up to 1 search, up to 3 searches for trial accounts, up to 30 searches for active accounts). You may cancel your subscription at any time during the Trial by contacting our support team via email.

Auto-renewal. If you do not cancel during the Trial, you agree that your subscription will renew automatically and you will be charged the recurring subscription fee shown during the registration process on a monthly recurring basis ("Subscription") until you cancel. Subscriptions include a monthly quota of search credits (30 searches per month for the standard plan). You expressly authorize us to automatically charge the applicable recurring fees and applicable taxes to your payment method until you cancel. If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle you have paid for, you will retain access to the Service until the end of that billing cycle. Purchases made through the Service will appear on your bank statement as TOGETHELP.NET.

7. Refund policy

Refunds are not accepted except in special circumstances. Once your refund request is received, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the matter within 3 business days. Refund requests may be sent via email to the contact address in Section 15 below. If you provided payment information belonging to another person, you agree that we may refund the payment to that person, which may interrupt or cancel your access to the Service.

Credit card billing. Credit card payments are processed by our third-party payment service provider. If any fee is not paid on time, or if we are unable to process your transaction using the card information provided, we reserve the right to terminate your Account or suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You will remain responsible for paying all amounts due. If your payment details change, your card provider may provide us with updated details, which we may use to help prevent interruptions to the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle uploaded photos and other information. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. Responsibility and results

FaceFind surfaces photos that are already publicly available on the internet. Results depend on the content that exists online and the quality of the uploaded image. We do not guarantee that every search will find a match, and we are not responsible for how you use the information or results you obtain.

10. Intellectual property

The Service and its design, text, graphics, and software are the property of facefind.site and its licensors. You may use the Service only for its intended purpose. Content shown in search results belongs to its respective owners.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, facefind.site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke (temporarily or permanently) your use of the Service at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. We may terminate this Agreement at any time. We will provide a prorated refund for unused days remaining in the then-current billing cycle, except where we terminated your access to the Service or your Account as a result of your breach of any provision of this Agreement. If we suspect that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, we may also pursue other available legal remedies. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any part of it. You remain solely responsible for all obligations related to your use even after you stop using the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
